About Orders and Shipments
How long does it take to process my order?
Overall the orders are processed within 1-2 working days for available products.
Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address. Usually the warehouse will ship the package for you within one business day after the order is placed, after that you will be notified by email with the tracking code of the package. Please pay attention to the email in the mailbox where you placed your order.
If the order is shipped from one of our warehouses in the US, UK, or Germany, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Orders shipped from our warehouse in China generally take 8 to 30 business days with standard registered airmail, or 3 to 8 business days with expedited DHL shipping.
These are estimated times, and the actual delivery time may be affected by various unforeseen factors.
Why hasn’t my package’s tracking information been updated?
The tracking information may not updated until the package arrives at your local distribution center.
Since many packages reach one place (e.g. a transit country or region, an exchange office) simultaneously, it takes time to line up for the customs to check and release the packages batch by batch according to respective arrival dates.

What should I do if delivery fails due to an incorrect address?
Please email KOSPET official Customer Service at: support@kospet.com for the contact information to contact your local shipping carrier to retrieve your package.
When placing an order, please provide a complete and correct delivery address, including the name of the recipient, company name, flat number, floor number, street name, and valid phone number. KOSPET will NOT be responsible for any lost package due to the incorrect delivery address provided.
How can I modify or cancel the order ?
In general, an order will be processed within 1. to 2 working days.
If you want to modify or cancel it, please email us at: support@kospet.com as soon as possible.
Please note that once an order has been delivered, only can it be returned rather than canceled. Therefore, address changes and cancellations are not guaranteed, depending on the actual situation.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping fee depends on the weight of the product, the origin, the destination, the shipping method and warehouses, and other considerations. Detailed pricing information is visible when placing an order. Free shipping is available on orders over $59. For more details about shipping fees, please refer to our shipping policy.
What information is required to place an order?
In order for your order to be delivered smoothly, please make sure to enter your full name, accurate shipping address, email address, and the recipient's phone number when placing your order.
Can I pay by cash-on-delivery for my order?
We currently DO NOT support cash on delivery (COD).
Will there be any handling fees and customs charges?
Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and is regulated by the country's law. KOSPET is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
If the package cannot be delivered or returned normally because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance/payment of customs duties, Refund won't be processed if the buyer doesn’t complete customs. buyers can neither receive the product nor refund finally.
About Basic Information
Are KOSPET TANK smartwatches waterproof?
The KOSPET TANK smartwatches, with an IP69K water resistance rating, are suitable for everyday water activities such as washing hands, getting caught in the rain, and shallow water activities like swimming in a pool or at the beach. However, please do not wear any KOSPET smartwatch during hot showers.
Does the KOSPET TANK series smartwatch have NFC (Near Field Communication)?
The KOSPET TANK series smartwatches do not support the NFC feature.
Which watches have GPS functionality, and what are the precautions?
Currently, our GPS-enabled watch models are: TANK M3 ULTRA, TANK X2 ULTRA, and TANK S2.
GPS-enabled sports include: Outdoor Running, Outdoor Walking, Outdoor Riding, Mountaineering, Cross-Country Skiing, Trail Running, and Snowboarding.
The GPS chip built into the watch receives signals from multiple satellites simultaneously. It determines the watch’s location by calculating the signal propagation time and the satellites' positions.
For optimal performance, the GPS function should be used in open and clear areas to ensure sufficient satellite signal reception. In locations with significant obstructions—such as tall buildings, valleys, or forests—the GPS signal may become disturbed or unstable.
Additionally, using the GPS function consumes more battery power, so it's essential to monitor battery life during extended use.
Can I use the KOSPET TANK smartwatch with third-party apps?
The KOSPET TANK smartwatches connect with third-party applications through the KOSPET FIT app, which currently supports integration with Strava, Apple Health, and Health Connect.
What are the differences between the KOSPET TANK T3 and M3 models?
Aside from the appearance and buttons, the T3 and M3 share similar functionalities, with the M3 offering a slightly larger battery capacity.
The T3 has three buttons:
POWER: To power on/off and open the app list.
BACK: To exit selections.
SPORT: For quick access to the workout list.
The M3 has four buttons:
SEL: Corresponding to the T3's POWER button.
BACK: To exit selections.
UP: To navigate up in the app list.
DOWN: To navigate down in the app list.
What are the differences between the KOSPET TANK M3 and the KOSPET TANK M3 Ultra?
The M3 Ultra includes additional features such as GPS, barometric monitoring, and a compass, while other functionalities remain the same as the M3. For a detailed comparison, you can visit this page.
What is the range of the Bluetooth connection on the KOSPET TANK smartwatch?
In ideal conditions, the Bluetooth connection distance between the watch and the phone can reach up to 10 meters, as long as there are no obstructions in between.
About Troubleshooting Guide
What to do if my KOSPET smartwatch won't connect to my phone?
First and foremost, please ensure that you follow the instructions of the user manual.
Or you can try to:
Remove all Bluetooth devices on your phone, and restart your phone and the watch/band before pairing them again.
Reset the watch/band. Then delete and reinstall the compatible App.
Switch to another mobile device to pair it with the watch/band again.
Bluetooth connection is unstable
Please make sure that there is no covering between your watch and cell phone. The human body or metal jewelry worn, etc. can also interfere with Bluetooth connection stability.
It may also be related to too many Bluetooth devices connected to your phone.
You can try uninstalling all Bluetooth devices on your phone, restarting your phone and watch, and then re-pairing.
Or try switching to another mobile device to pair it with the watch again and observe the connection.
Why is my battery draining so fast?
Fast battery consumption is also related to user settings. For example, enabling the AOD mode and GPS tracking and playing audio on your watch/band will drain the battery quickly.
You can reduce the screen brightness and adjust the screen timeout to five seconds.
Turn off 24-Hour Heart Rate Monitoring (if possible) and other unnecessary notifications.
Why can't I receive App notification alerts on my smartwatch?
1. Make sure that in the notification reminder interface of the app, the apps that need to be reminded are checked to turn on the function.
2. Check whether the device Do Not Disturb mode is on. (Some devices have this function.)
3. Find the right to use the notification of the App that needs to be reminded in the system settings of the cell phone and allow the notification.
4. When there is a message, make sure there is an app message box popping up in the notification bar of your phone.
5. The phone and message push function requires the phone to keep Bluetooth on all the time, please do not turn off the Bluetooth of the phone.
6. If this happens to iPhone, please check whether the Bluetooth of your phone has been paired with the device (in the system Bluetooth device, there is an exclamation mark after the name of the corresponding device).
7. Android phones, check whether the app to open the “cell phone notification right comic”, and authorize all the permissions of the KOSPET fit, if you have updated the app, you need to do once again to close/open the KOSPETF.
Why is the heart rate sensor on my KOSPET smartwatch “incorrect”?
Although the heart rate monitoring function of the watch can provide a certain amount of heart rate data, the accuracy of the heart rate monitoring may have some errors due to individual differences and environmental factors.
1. Neither too loose nor too tight, please wear the watch/strap correctly. The watch/strap should be worn on the outside of the wrist and above the wrist bone.
2. Make sure the software on the watch/band is up-to-date. Open the compatible application on the watch/band to update the firmware.
3. Keep the optical heart rate sensor clean. It is recommended to clean the sensor on the back of the watch with an alcohol wipe after each workout. If you use sunscreen, lotion, or insect repellent, remember to clean it more thoroughly.
What to do if my KOSPET smartwatch isn't recording sleep?
1. Do not wear the watch too tightly or too loosely.
2. Please ensure the back sensor of the watch is in contact with your skin; you can use an alcohol wipe to clean it.
3. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please check if the heart rate readings are normal. If the watch is unable to record heart rate, please contact us at support@kospet.com.
What to do if the OTA firmware update on my KOSPET smartwatch fails?
Keeping the watch and the KOSPET FIT in a connected state, swiping down to synchronize the data in Device > Firmware Update will trigger the firmware update of the watch/bracelet again. Then perform the firmware update on the watch again.
Weak or no vibration of the smartwatch
You can enable and adjust the strength of the sound/vibration by swiping left on the Home screen and going to Settings > Sound & Vibration.
Note: When you need to use the sound and vibration function, please turn off the Do Not Disturb mode of the watch.

What to do if my KOSPET smartwatch touchscreen isn’t working?
If your watch is still connecting properly to your phone, please reset the watch in the KOSPET FIT APP.
My smartwatch isn't turning on. What should I do?
The watch will not turn on if it is out of power. Please make sure the battery is sufficient.
1. Please check if the problem is on the charging base first. You can use a different household socket and USB port to connect the charging base.
2. Place the watch on the magnetic charging dock and press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to see if it restarts. If the watch has been out of battery for a long time, charge it for half an hour before attempting to power it on.
3. If the watch is still connected to your phone, open the KOSPET FIT app and reset the watch.
About Usage and Settings
What to do if I forgot my KOSPET smartwatch passcode?
If your watch can still connect correctly to the phone app, please reset the watch through the KOSPET FIT app to clear the password. If you have a KOSPET Android watch, contact our customer service via email at support@kospet.com to obtain the ROM file for resetting the smartwatch.
How do I adjust the watch face?
Method 1: Long press the watch face and swipe left or right to quickly switch between watch faces.
Method 2: On the watch, enter Settings>Watch Faces to change the watch face.
Method 3: Connet the watch to the KOSPET FIT app, go to the Device page, and open the watch face gallery to switch the watch face
How to enable Always-on Display?
Currently, the smartwatches with AOD functionality include: T2, T3, M3, M3 ULTRA, S1, S2, X1, X2, and X2 ULTRA. You can wake up the watch/band, go to Settings >Always-on Display, select a watch face style for always-on display.
Notice: Enabling this feature may reduce the battery life to a great extent.
How to set up DND (Do Not Disturb) mode?
Method 1: You can enable the mode by swiping left on the Home screen and going to Settings >Do Not Disturb.
Method 2: Connect the watch to the KOSPET FIT app, click on the "Device" button at the bottom of the screen, click on "More Settings" to select the DND mode.
How to use the music control feature of my smartwatch?
To control the music playback of your phone via the watch/band, please make sure that:
The watch/band stays connected to your phone, while the compatible App such as KOSPET FIT keeps running in the background.
Allow the notifications for the compatible App (e.g. KOSPET FIT), in order that your watch/band can obtain song information.
Turn on the media audio of the watch and connect the phone to the media audio of the watch.
After turning on your phone’s music player, the watch/band will automatically obtain the information about the status of the song that is currently being played.
Swipe right the home screen and enter the Music interface where you can pause or play the song, switch to the previous or the next song, or adjust the volume.
How to maximize the battery life and lifespan?
1. Always make sure that your watch/band is updated to the latest firmware.
2. Adiust your settings, such as adjusting screen brightness, reducing display duration, disabling 24/7 heart rate monitoring(unless it
is necessary), enabling low power mode, etc
3. Please remember not to charge your watch/band until it runs out of battery. After charging the battery to 100%, it is recommended to continue charging for more than 1 hour.
How to synchronize smartwatch data to KOSPET FIT?
1. When the phone Bluetooth is on, when you open the App, it will automatically connect to the device for data synchronization, or you can pull down the data list in the main interface of the App for manual synchronization.
2. synchronization prompted by the connection failure, you can try the following methods: first of all, you can pull down the main interface to manually synchronize the operation, if it is not effective, please close the App background processes, and then re-enter the App.
3. If you still can't synchronize, please close and open the Bluetooth or restart the phone.
How to use the GPS function?
Currently, our GPS-enabled watch models are: TANK M3 ULTRA/ TANK X2 ULTRA/TANK S2.
The GPS function of the watch will automatically turn on when you turn on the corresponding sports mode. It usually needs to be used in an open area to ensure that sufficient satellite signals can be received.
You can swipe left the home screen and open the workout mode, the sports currently supported by GPS are outdoor running/outdoor walking/outdoor cycling/mountaineering/cross-country skiing/cross-country running/snowboarding.
How to delete the built-in watch faces on the smartwatch?
It Is unable to manually delete the watch face; you can replace the original watch face by downloading a new one from the watch face gallery in the KOSPET FIT APP.
How to perform an OTA firmware update?
For your Android smartwatch, connect it to the network,enter Settings ->About the Watch ->Wireless Update(select and update to the
atest version)
For your Bluetooth smartwatch,find “System Update"on the compatible App on your phone to update.
Note:Please ensure that the watch/band has at least 50% charge when updating.
How do I reset my KOSPET TANK smartwatch to factory settings?
Method 1: You can reset the watch by swiping left on the Home screen and going to Settings > System menu.
Method 2: Connect the watch to the KOSPET FIT app, click on the "Device" button at the bottom of the screen, scroll down and select "reset watch".

How can I check what version my watch is:
Open your watch, find [Settings], and then tap [About]. Find [Version], and send the version number to us.

What is the return policy for the KOSPET smartwatch?
KOSPET offers a 7-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy for purchases made through us.kospet.com. Customers can return products within 7 days of receipt if items are in their original condition and include all accessories and packaging. Returns may incur a 70% depreciation charge, and customers are responsible for shipping fees. Refunds are processed within four weeks after the product is received.Additionally, a 15-day Easy Exchange Policy is available for items with quality issues, allowing exchanges for different colors or higher-priced products by covering the price difference. When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed automatically as soon as your order has been canceled or we have received the returned product.
You will receive your refund within 3 to 15 working days, depending on the payment method and the processing time of the designated bank.
In what circumstances will KOSPET refuse my return request?
Your return application will be rejected by KOSPET if:
1. the return is requested beyond 7 days from the date of receipt;
2. all accessory items, giveaways, the user manual, or original packaging included with your purchase is missing or damaged with your return;
3. valid receipt or proof-of-purchase cannot be provided, or is counterfeited or altered in any way;
4. Product defects or damage is caused by any alterations, spillage of liquid, sand, oil, etc., improper installation, or use not in accordance with the user manual;
5. Product defects or damage is caused by accident (including without limitation collision, fire, flood, earthquake, traffic accidents);
6. the returned Product is not sent out within 7 days of return service confirmation with KOSPET Customer Service;
7. The returned product was not sent out in accordance with the requirements from KOSPET Customer Service, the package was not returned to the address specified by our customer service, and the customer needed to contact the carrier to re-deliver the package to our delivery address.;
