KOSPET TANK M3 ULTRA Smartwatch

I'm still going through all the features this watch has to offer, but so far this is what I've found.
The Blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse features are not medical grade, but they never implied that they were. In my case they show a little less than what they actually are.
The compass should only be used to give you a general idea of what is N,S,E,W. You can not use this in a tactical environment to where degrees on a compass mean life or death, but I knew that going in so that's fine.
What surprised me, and the reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star was the battery life. I have everything shut off on this watch (except step & calorie counting) and it still uses up to 40% of the battery each day. I also have the KospetTank X2 Ultra, and even though the battery is much smaller, the battery life is much better, and I'll only use a little over 10-15% per day. I wonder why?
The phone quality for talking is better than I anticipated, and everyone at the other end say it sounds great. On my end its a not bad either, and is convenient.
The other problem is that the app and phone will only show 16 of my 70 plus contacts. I've talked to customer service and they said that they are aware of this, and are working on a fix.
I'd like to write a review in a year from now to have a better idea on what the longevity of these watches are, but in the short term, I'm very satisfied.

Why is it that the M3 will do blood pressure monitoring but the M3 Ultra will not? Is that just a firmware thing or did they change Hardware inside of the two models? I would love for my M3 Ultra to be able to do blood pressure monitoring, I'd even give up some other feature for it to be able to do that.

So far I'm amazed the feature this watch has plus the price. Looks like a good buy.

Just received watch, nice looking and easy app connecting, but touchscreen is not responding at all. All of the troubleshooting ideas have been done and watch is still not responding. No help from company as of current time.

I like everything in general! Very nice and responsive display, good choice of displays, very complete functions, very good Bluetooth behavior with my Samsung cell and battery life within the standards.
Nothing is perfect! Among others, the BAROMETRIC altimeter... In the same place, depending on the barometric pressure, I am either 10 - 20 - 40 m from sea level. Despite this, I would have removed only half a star, but not possible.
