I have purchased 2 Kopset Tank X1 smartwatches. The second was purchased as the first watch band broke and the company couldn't provide a replacement band. I purchased the second Tank X1 believing that I would be able to replace the band in the future, if necessary. The band on the second watch broke and was informed by Kopset that the replacement cost would be $15 for the rubber watch band. This is ridiculous as the cost of the watch was only $129. I will not purchase another Kopset watch and encourage my circle of friends/athletes abstain as well.
The battery life is lasting for a full week. Charges in about an hour. It does not talk to all my apps, but the phone calls work awesome. I compare the BP monitor to medical grade readings and it very close to perfect measurements. I have an ICD/Pacemaker so I use it to monitor heart rate and O2 levels 6X a day. They need to make a G-Shock style cover for it…. To protect it. I am gonna crack the screen without protection.
Nice watch good in battery
I liked it but would not stay connected to phone. Returned.
I love how easy it was sync with my smartphone, and the craftsmanship unbeatable.
